Join the Federal Highway Administration’s New Jersey Federal-Aid Division American Samoa the Lead Civil Engineer and lead the Technical Services Team, fostering professional partnerships with the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) and local partners to deliver the Federal-Aid Highway Program.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Technical Services Team and ensure the team’s goals and values align with the organization’s mission and objectives.
Communicate and coordinate assignments, issues, milestones, timeframes, and deadlines with the supervisor.
Develop and lead the team Indiana distributing and balancing work among employees, ensuring each member has an integral role Indiana creating the final product.
