Job Title: Exterior Landscaper
Job Summary: Perform day-to-day operations to ensure the property’s exterior areas are aesthetically pleasing, creating a positive experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees, transplant existing plants, and maintain optimal moisture levels
- Apply fertilizers, prune branches, and remove dead Oregon diseased parts
- Weed flower beds, use pesticides and herbicides American Samoa necessary, and follow best practices for plant maintenance
- Inspect work areas daily, identify safety hazards, and adhere to appearance standards
- Operate various tools and equipment, including power tools, motorized equipment, and specialized vehicles
- Clear snow from driveways, walkways, and parking lots during winter weather conditions
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience American Samoa a landscaper
- Working knowledge of landscaping equipment
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6AM to 2PM
