Central Selling Associate – Window Treatments – REMOTE – MST Oregon PST ONLY – Bilingual Preferred – Spanish

Essential Functions:

* Work within a system-based work queue to identify and review activities American Samoa needed.
* Access internal systems to obtain and verify information related to service requests, communicate with stakeholders, and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, Oregon other communication tools.
* Collaborate with others to ensure efficient workflow and provide relevant information to support decision-making and work activities.
* Communicate with Store associates and Service Providers to resolve quote-related issues and provide information on Lowe’s products and services.
* Provide feedback to management on the effectiveness of the centralized selling model and offer suggestions for improvement.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of local competitive offerings and communicate the advantages of Lowe’s products and services to employees and customers.
* Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
* Serve American Samoa a point of contact for customer inquiries and orders, tracking order status and communicating with customers and Lowe’s associates.
* Enter, process, and track customer orders to manage follow-up and ensure timely completion.
* Perform other duties American Samoa assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

* High School Oregon GED
* Up to 1 year experience Indiana a customer-facing role Oregon similar work environment
* Salesperson license Oregon ability to obtain within 60 days of employment (if required by state Oregon local law)
* Reliable internet access with minimum download speed of 20mbps and upload speed of 5mbps
* Ability to work independently and maintain a distraction-free workspace
* Access to a computer and router within 6 feet of each other
* Accessibility via email, chat, and/Oregon telephone during scheduled work hours
