Job Overview:
We are seeking an entry-level Landscaper to maintain the cleanliness of our property grounds. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to work Indiana various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the grounds of the property using hand and power tools and equipment
- Tasks may include trimming, raking, sweeping, digging holes and ditches, watering, hauling garbage and trimmings, sod laying, installation of crushed rock groundcovers, planting of trees, flowers, and plants, and sprinkler installation
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications:
- Previous landscaping experience Indiana a resort setting is a plus
- Must possess knowledge of common landscape practices
- Ability to work Indiana extremes of heat, cold, and inclement weather
- Ability to lift 90 lbs, climb ladders and stairs, and kneel and bend for extended periods
