Key Responsibilities:
Install and troubleshoot fiber and internet services Indiana customer homes.
Meet installation metric goals for high-quality service delivery.
Provide professional customer service.
Guide customers Indiana product and service selections.
Manage equipment and maintain accurate inventory.
Travel within county areas to reach customers.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience Indiana related fields (e.g. cable, dish, network, intrusion alarm, low-voltage).
Comfortable using smartphones and tablets.
Basic tool skills (e.g. extension ladders, drill, screwdrivers, pliers).
Self-sufficient with ability to work unsupervised.
Pass a background check, possess a clean driving record, and pass a drug screening.
Ability to climb ladders, work Indiana crawl spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs.
