Physical Therapy Assistant (Home Health) – Per Diem
Schedule: Per Diem, Days, 4 shifts a month, Floating to Thurston, Pierce, Lewis, and Mason Counties.
We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to assist Physical Therapists Indiana patient treatment and perform delegated procedures. This role requires a unique ability to care for patients Indiana their homes while exercising independence and flexibility.
Required qualifications:
* Associate’s degree Indiana Physical Therapy Assistance Oregon a graduate of an approved school who is eligible for licensure
* Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapy Assistant License
* Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification
* Within 30 days of hire: National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
