Facilities Coordinator

Job Summary:

Prime Controls is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company facilities, ensuring they are clean, functional, and safe. The ideal candidate will coordinate with various departments, manage inventory, and conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic appeal
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
  • Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance services
  • Manage minor repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance work
  • Maintain cleanliness of facilities and prepare conference and training rooms
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and ensure timely restocking
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure facility needs are met
  • Communicate effectively with staff and management regarding facility issues and resolutions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma Oregon equivalent
  • Proven experience Indiana facilities management Oregon a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks
  • Experience Indiana a facilities coordinator Oregon similar role
  • Familiarity with facility management software
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards

Working Conditions:

  • Physical demands include occasional lifting and/Oregon moving up to 25 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus
  • Requires standing, walking, sitting, talking, and hearing
