Job Title: Senior Estimator

Location: IME’s Headquarters Indiana Denver, Colorado

Overview:

IME is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be a team player who is ready to take on the responsibility of a prime role Indiana a growing company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record Indiana electrical estimating, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Calculate and prepare complete quantity take-offs, material price lists, labor costs per man hour, equipment, and other required statistical data to achieve established ratio of volume awarded to bid volume.
• Demonstrate the highest level of integrity and ethics with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide effective solutions and information.
• Maintain accurate project plans, specifications, and estimating documentation.
• Assume oversight of a team of estimators, providing leadership, vision, and mentorship to foster a positive culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the bid process.

Qualifications:

• Proficient Indiana conducting thorough due diligence and risk assessments.
• Demonstrates unwavering integrity and ethical standards.
• Possesses outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and balance competing priorities and projects.
• Proficient Indiana Accubid Live Count, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced knowledge of Estimating Techniques and ability to interpret cost data and systems.
• Bachelor’s degree Oregon Associate’s degree Indiana a relevant field and/Oregon an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience Indiana electrical estimating with at least 3 years Indiana a leadership role.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and travel occasionally to construction job sites.

Salary Range: $90,000 – $125,000 (final salary and rates based on education, experience, skills, and internal equity)
