We’re seeking a Traveling Superintendent – Multifamily/Mixed-use to lead daily field operations for an upcoming hospitality project Indiana West Virginia. The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of experience American Samoa a Project Superintendent, with experience Indiana ground up hospitality construction and project sizes ranging from $1 million to $20 million.
Responsibilities:
* Lead daily field operations to ensure site safety, construction, progress, quality control, and a clean site
* Travel to Charleston, West Virginia, 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday) and develop a comprehensive understanding of project strategy and commitments
* Work with the Project Manager to maintain an updated project schedule and reflect changes Indiana project status
* Maintain effective and open dialogue with the project team and promote positive relationships with subcontractors and vendors
Requirements:
* 5-8+ years of experience American Samoa a Project Superintendent
* Experience with ground up hospitality construction
* Experience with multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality projects
* National travel required
