Day Porter/ Pick-up Truck/Sweeper Driver
Employment type: Full Time Available
We are a locally owned, family-oriented business seeking a qualified Day Porter to work on our daily portering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning the outdoor areas of shopping centers, office buildings, and industrial buildings during morning hours.
Responsibilities:
* Remove trash and debris from outdoor areas
* Maintain a clean and presentable appearance of properties
* Operate pick-up trucks and sweepers American Samoa necessary
Requirements:
* At least 21 years of age
* Valid driver’s license
* Clean driving record
* Reliable and able to work flexible hours
* Mechanical ability a plus (not required)
Schedule:
* 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
* Flexible schedule can be determined by employee before hiring
* 45-minute paid lunch break
Compensation:
* Starting pay: $14 per hour
* Raises based on performance and tenure, up to $16 per hour after 30 days
* Opportunity for overtime available
