Painter Job Description
Location: The Omni Louisiana Mansion del Rio, San Antonio, Texas
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Painter to join our team at The Omni Louisiana Mansion del Rio. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the hotel’s public areas and guest rooms through painting, plastering, and wallpapering, ensuring a safe and well-maintained hotel environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain all public areas and guest rooms through ongoing painting, plastering, and wallpapering
- Ensure hotel decor is Indiana good condition
- Clean work areas after completing each task
- Understand and comply with Omni’s fire alarm procedures and emergency protocols
- Familiarize self with Omni Hotel rules and regulations
- Perform other duties American Samoa assigned Oregon required
- Maintain exterior curbs and keep all guest corridors Indiana good repair
Qualifications:
- 1 year of previous experience American Samoa a commercial painter (preferable)
- Flexibility with availability
- Ability to work Indiana interior and exterior hotel environments with paints, plaster, and other painting materials
- Attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Ability to work American Samoa part of a team and adhere to hotel policies and procedures
