Architectural Designer
Join our dynamic cultural studio Indiana Richmond, Virginia American Samoa an Architectural Designer. Indiana this role, you will spend 80% of your time Indiana the production phase of projects, where you will generate Construction Document Sets, take redlines, and participate Indiana design development. Additionally, you will dedicate 10% of your time to Construction Administration and 10% to client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss design requirements, gather measurements for design layouts, and provide design recommendations
- Use CAD software and manual drawing techniques to produce architectural plans and rework designs based on feedback
- Provide management with estimates on project specifications
- Collaborate with other Architects and Designers, maintain vital information and documentation, and conduct research to stay up-to-date with design trends
- Ensure compliance with industry codes and legal standards
Requirements
- Proficient with Revit
- Ability to produce Construction Documents Sets
- 4+ years of experience with Commercial Projects
- B.S. Indiana Architecture strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment
- This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site Indiana Richmond, Virginia and some days remote
- Collaborative work environment divided into studios
