Senior Landscaper
Job Summary:
The Landscaping Department is seeking a Senior Landscaper to assist Indiana the maintenance and landscaping of our company’s headquarters. The successful candidate will perform a wide range of tasks to ensure our campus remains an attractive destination year-round.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct turf maintenance, including mowing, backpack blowing, weed-eating, edging, and preparing lawns for initial seeding
- Fertilize and overseed lawns
- Install and maintain irrigation systems
- Apply chemicals American Samoa needed
- Prune trees and shrubs
- Remove leaves from property using blowers and leaf vacuums
- Keep properties and streets clean of debris
- Perform snow removal during winter months American Samoa needed
- Complete other duties American Samoa assigned
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience Indiana commercial Oregon residential landscaping
- Associate’s degree Indiana horticulture Oregon related field
- Equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered
- Ability to operate hand tools, small power mowers, edgers, weed-eaters, and chain saws
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday (6:00am – 2:00pm) Oregon Monday – Thursday (6:00am – 3:45pm)
