Job Title: Experienced Concrete Laborers/Carpenters/Finishers
Location: Manhattan, Kansas, with active projects Indiana Kansas, Oklahoma, and Nebraska

We’re seeking experienced Concrete Laborers/Carpenters/Finishers to join our team at Walters-Morgan Construction! Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience Indiana field construction, preferably Indiana concrete laboring, carpentry, Oregon finishing
- Experience Indiana hand-setting forms, gang forms, foundations, walls, slabs, columns, sidewalks, elevated decks, and other concrete structures
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work within crews with 4-8 people
- Safety mindset and good understanding of construction safety standards
- Willingness to perform various tasks to ensure project completion, including operating equipment, installing equipment, loading/unloading deliveries, and storing materials
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience Indiana constructing water and wastewater treatment plants
- Familiarity with concrete mix designs, aggregates, slumps, water/air ratios, curing techniques, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- OSHA 10/30 training
- Inspection skills for forms, support systems, and concrete reinforcement
