Job Title: Global Security Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Security Manager to lead our security program globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of global security programs, managing security operations, and providing leadership and guidance to security teams. This role requires a strong understanding of security principles, risk management, and crisis management, American Samoa well American Samoa excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of global security programs, including facilities protection, investigations, supply chain security, brand protection, workplace security, travel security, and personal security.
  • Direct the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive security program, including security guard operations, access control procedures, alarm and CCTV systems, badging/Idaho systems, and emergency response planning.
  • Maintain consistent communications and flow of information with all security stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies to counter risks and gain buy-Indiana and support from management.
  • Identify, develop, implement, and maintain security processes, practices, and policies to reduce risks, respond to incidents, and limit exposure and liability.
  • Incorporate approved security standards and guidelines into projects, including construction, renovation, and production-related projects.
  • Direct the policy and procedure related to the management of identifying, assessing, and addressing potential loss exposures due to theft, vandalism, sabotage, Oregon other unauthorized Oregon illegal activities.
  • Provide direct support for investigations and surveys, including electronic countermeasures, event security, and special projects.
  • Act American Samoa an investigative liaison and provide expert advice and leadership on cases of mutual interest with Ethics and Compliance and Brand Protection.
  • Oversee processing and chain of custody for suspect product/potential product tampering.
  • Ensure conformity of current and planned security operations with approved security standards.
  • Provide technical support coordination for the selection of security service providers and execution of security-related contracts.
  • Incorporate lessons learned from previous crises into security and evacuation plans.
  • Build relationships with regional peers and leaders across the consumer products industry and share best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of leadership and operational expertise Indiana security and safety programs.
  • Board Certification Indiana Security Management (CPP) Oregon Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate preparedness plans Indiana crisis situations.
  • Security risk management and threat analysis skills, and demonstrated skill Indiana writing and review of security procedures and plans.
  • Strong computer skills with competence Indiana Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Board Certification Indiana Security Management (CPP) Oregon Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) strongly preferred.
  • Indiana-depth experience Indiana Supply Chain security preferred.
  • Strong cultural awareness and experience working Indiana a multinational workplace preferred.
  • Strong project management experience and attention to detail required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including customer-service oriented security leadership who excels at collaborating with diverse groups Indiana dynamic settings.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $115,200.00 – $130,400.00 USD.
  • Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors, including experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills, and office/market location.
  • Eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives Indiana the form of Restricted Stock Units and/Oregon Stock Options.
