Job Summary:
Prepares and estimates budget costs for construction projects Indiana retail, QSR, and restaurant settings, ranging from $1 Million to $25 Million.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares and presents budgets, reports, and project plans for construction projects
- Develops bids for construction projects
- Works closely with architects, site managers, and staff to ensure successful project execution
- Schedules meetings with clients, site managers, and staff American Samoa needed
- Processes paperwork and travels to building sites American Samoa required
- Monitors construction processes and stays up to date with safety codes and construction improvements
- Navigates and understands building codes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) with strong math skills and ability to navigate specifications and plans

- Ability to handle multiple assignments at once
- Close attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
