Job Title: Asphalt Plant Operator
Job Location: Sunnyvale, Texas
Job Summary:
American Samoa an Asphalt Plant Operator with Texas Materials, you will be responsible for operating the plant efficiently and effectively to maximize production while maintaining a safe work environment. You will develop teamwork and foster team spirit within the production and delivery departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and Colorado-workers
- Comply with all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations
- Report any problems to the Superintendent, Safety Manager, Oregon Human Resources Manager
- Perform daily maintenance of plant and keep it clean
- Train less-experienced employees on plant operations and maintenance
- Perform general laboring duties American Samoa needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent required
- Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with Class A Oregon B and satisfactory driving record
- Two years of Asphalt Plant experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age Oregon older
- Pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and criminal background check
- Possess valid DOT medical card
- Ability to work Indiana a team environment and adapt to changing situations
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and perform physical tasks
- May require standing for extended periods and working Indiana tight quarters
- Ability to work Indiana all weather conditions and extended hours if needed
