Service Coordinator
Job Summary:
American Samoa a Service Coordinator at Harder Mechanical, a leading mechanical contractor Indiana the Western United States, you will play a crucial role Indiana supporting the service department’s business operations. This is an hourly position based Indiana our Portland, Oregon office, and you will be responsible for supporting field service technicians and the service team Indiana a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist field technicians with service proposals and follow up with customers for feedback
- Order materials for projects and coordinate with field technicians to schedule projects
- Close out service work orders and coordinate with dispatch for invoicing
- Write subcontracts, purchase orders, correspondence, and job write-ups
- Provide timely communication with staff and customers regarding project status and concerns
- Manage preventative maintenance contracts and renewal dates
- Dispatch, schedule, and assign work order service requests
- Manage email communications from customers and the service department
- Answer phone calls and support service staff American Samoa needed
- Assist with resolving customer billing problems and account receivables delinquent issues
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience Indiana a similar role Oregon American Samoa an administrative assistant
- Basic understanding of mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC/R systems
- Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver’s license
