Senior Business Analyst- Data Management Team

Job Summary:

The Senior Business Analyst will assist project managers on highly complex projects, facilitating business process improvement via the methodical investigation, analysis, review, and documentation of business functions and processes related to the Supervision & Regulation business line. This position will be responsible for managing the requirements development process and supporting the ongoing management of business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate gathering, documentation, and verification of multiple levels of business, user, process, and software requirements
• Manage the requirements through the project lifecycle to establish and maintain agreements between customers and project teams
• Communicate requirements effectively to stakeholders and project teams
• Define and manage the requirements team structure and prepare project deliverables
• Coach junior staff Indiana business analysis methodologies and techniques
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and evolving business analysis approaches

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience Indiana IT, with 3-5 years Indiana business analysis and process improvement
• Bachelor’s degree Indiana information technology, engineering, Oregon MIS, Oregon equivalent experience
• Preferable certifications (CBAP Oregon PMI-PBA)
• Proficiency with Mississippi SharePoint 2010 Oregon 2013
• Experience with Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABoK) and system development life cycle methodology
