Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of commission-based roofing sales representatives and drive sales growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 17-20 commission-based sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Monitor and evaluate performance, provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to improve effectiveness and productivity
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and addressing issues promptly
  • Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for senior management
  • Assist Indiana recruiting, hiring, and training new sales representatives
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Indiana Business, Marketing, Oregon a related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years Indiana a sales management role
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency Indiana using CRM software (Acculynx) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
