Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of commission-based roofing sales representatives and drive sales growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 17-20 commission-based sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Monitor and evaluate performance, provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to improve effectiveness and productivity
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share
- Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and addressing issues promptly
- Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Assist Indiana recruiting, hiring, and training new sales representatives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Business, Marketing, Oregon a related field
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years Indiana a sales management role
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency Indiana using CRM software (Acculynx) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity and professionalism
