Landscaper Foreman
Location: Hillsborough County, Tampa
Salary: $25.00-27.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Supervise landscape crew members and installers to produce high-quality results safely and efficiently
- Perform high-standard work alongside crew members while preventing idleness
- Responsible for team member evaluations, hiring, and termination
- Oversee quality control on jobs
- Identify and fix problems on jobsites
- Meet with clients on-site to discuss project plans and timelines
- Uphold company policies on breaks, lunches, and uniforms
Requirements:
- Knowledge of irrigation, lighting, drainage, hardscape, artificial turf, grading, plant installation, carpentry, etc.
- Ability to install and manage landscape installation from a professionally drafted design
- Leadership skills to train, develop, and manage a team to complete work
- Awareness of utility markings (water, gas, internet, irrigation, sewer, low voltage lighting) on properties
- Minimum 2 years of Florida landscape Oregon construction experience (references required)
- Valid and clean Florida Driver’s License
- Fluency Indiana Spanish is strongly desired
Work Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
