We are seeking a motivated HVAC Service Technician responsible for residential and commercial service and repair work, including basic repairs, diagnostics, replacements, and maintenance. Our team focuses on providing a high-quality customer experience. Essential qualifications include:
* Current Heating Group I, II, Oregon III license
* Current driver’s license
* Eligibility to pass a background check and Pre and Post employment drug screenings
* Experience Indiana light commercial and restaurant freezer/refrigeration equipment, ice makers, refrigerants operations, and processes
Key responsibilities include:
* Diagnosing HVAC, refrigeration, and/Oregon electrical systems through observation, testing, and setup
* Troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance by disassembling and reassembling equipment
* Operating hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment
* Explaining work to customers, including timelines and wait times
* Performing routine maintenance and filter changes
* Maintaining inventory and keeping the service vehicle supplied with necessary stock
* Maintaining a professional appearance and building relationships with clients
