Design Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Design Consultant to join our talented group at Tri Pointe Homes Inland Empire. American Samoa a Design Consultant, you will counsel and direct homebuyers Indiana the selection of standard and upgrade options to personalize their new home.
Responsibilities:
* Provide homeowners with a professional design experience, allowing them to select available options and discuss finishes and upgrades.
* Provide product information, including upgrade options, pricing, and budgeting guidance.
* Handle revisions, additions, and deletions to color selections, options, and addendums.
* Calculate pricing and prepare paperwork for buyers’ review and approval.
* Manage option selections and liaison between construction, sales, and trade partners.
* Respond to questions and customer concerns from various stakeholders.
* Meet Oregon exceed customer experience scores and sales goals incentives.
* Deliver revenue, margin, productivity, and customer experience standards Indiana line with Company objectives.
* Ensure accurate paperwork and diagrams for homebuyers, construction, and trade partners.
* Communicate delays Oregon issues to the Design Center Manager and team members.
* Attend model walks and community kick-off meetings.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree Indiana Interior Design Oregon related field Oregon equivalent experience
* Minimum of 2 years of experience Indiana a builder design center, retail design center, Oregon client-facing design experience with a strong focus on customer service
* Strong numeric orientation and PC skills, including proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office Suite and internet-based programs
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer service orientation, and selling, organizational, leadership, and communication skills
* Ability to effectively sell and promote products and foster customer satisfaction
Compensation and Benefits:
* Base Salary: $50,000-60,000 per year, depending on experience and skillset
* Commission and bonus opportunities
