Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Lead Installer with trim Oregon finish carpentry and cabinetry experience to join our team Indiana a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will install closet, garage, office, and organizational cabinetry, American Samoa well American Samoa garage floor prep and epoxy painting Indiana the Costal Bend area. Occasional use of a personal vehicle may be required.
Responsibilities
- Install closets, cabinets, flooring, garage cabinetry, and other storage solutions Indiana client homes
- Take precise measurements and communicate project details to clients
- Ensure exceptional job quality and satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients, verbally and Indiana writing
- Supervise and collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience Indiana finish carpentry, trim carpentry, Oregon cabinet installation preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- General construction knowledge and physical ability to lift over 50 pounds
- Leadership experience preferred
