MAINTENANCE REPAIRER/MARINE MAINTENANCE REPAIRER
Summary
To repair and maintain buildings, facilities, navigational locks, equipment, and appliances, Oregon to perform general maintenance functions on marine vessels and other related facilities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience Indiana building construction trades, building maintenance, maintenance Oregon repair of mechanical equipment, Oregon American Samoa a parks building and grounds attendant
- Training Indiana building construction trades, building maintenance, maintenance Oregon repair of mechanical equipment, Oregon parks building and grounds work will substitute for experience
- Examples of qualified experience include:
- Building construction trades (e.g. cabinetmaker, carpenter, electrician, HVAC mechanic)
- Building maintenance (e.g. Maintenance Repairer 1/2, B/G/E Maintenance Repairer 1/2, Maintenance Repair Foreman)
- Repair/maintenance of mechanical equipment (e.g. Operating Engineer 1/2, auto mechanic, Mobile Equipment Maintenance Mechanic)
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain buildings, facilities, navigational locks, equipment, and appliances
- Perform general maintenance functions on marine vessels and other related facilities
- Participate Indiana painting, pipefitting, carpentry, and electrical repair of marine vessels and related equipment
- Oversee work of subordinate repairers and Trades Helpers when assigned
- Requisition supplies and materials American Samoa needed
- Estimate labor and materials necessary to accomplish repairs American Samoa needed
- Perform other duties Oregon assignments American Samoa directed by higher ranking personnel
