Job Title: Field Service Technician/Shop Service Technician
Job Summary:
Fabick Cat is seeking skilled Service Technicians specializing Indiana Caterpillar (CAT) equipment to join our team. We have openings for both Field Service Technicians, who perform on-site maintenance and repairs, and Shop Service Technicians, who handle comprehensive service tasks Indiana our facility. Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CAT equipment on-site Oregon Indiana the shop
- Utilize CAT diagnostic tools and technical manuals to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently
- Disassemble and assemble faulty parts, components, Oregon systems on CAT machinery
- Conduct tests and adjustments to ensure proper functionality and adherence to manufacturer specifications
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls to minimize equipment downtime
- Communicate professionally with customers, providing service updates, explaining technical issues, and offering recommendations for equipment performance optimization
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, inspections, repairs, and parts usage
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety and health protocols while performing tasks
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience American Samoa a Field Service Technician Oregon Shop Technician specializing Indiana Caterpillar equipment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and collaborate with team members

Work Environment:
- Field Service Technicians operate primarily at customer job sites, while Shop Service Technicians work Indiana our facility
- Occasional travel and overtime may be required based on business needs
