Drywall Estimator
We are seeking a highly skilled Drywall Estimator with a minimum of 4 years of experience Indiana the construction industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of drywall construction processes, materials, and labor requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project blueprints, specifications, and documentation to accurately estimate materials, labor, and equipment required for drywall installations.
- Conduct on-site evaluations to assess project scope and conditions.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and clients to clarify project requirements.
- Utilize estimating software to generate detailed and accurate cost estimates.
- Prepare comprehensive bid proposals, including itemized breakdowns of costs and timelines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, material costs, and labor rates.
- Review and negotiate contracts, and provide ongoing support to project teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana construction management, engineering, Oregon related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience American Samoa a Drywall Estimator Indiana the construction industry.
- Proficiency Indiana reading and interpreting construction blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
