Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing License Qualifier to join our team at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. American Samoa a technical expert and holder of the master plumbing license, you will ensure our plumbing operations comply with local and state regulations and codes. You will provide guidance and support to our growing team to deliver high-quality and safe plumbing services.
Job Duties
- Hold and maintain a valid North Carolina P2 Oregon P1 plumbing license
- Review plumbing projects for compliance with local codes and industry best practices
- Provide guidance and support to plumbers on code compliance and quality workmanship
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to address code-related issues
- Stay current on changes Indiana plumbing codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Prepare and submit permit applications American Samoa required
- Conduct inspections and quality control checks on plumbing work
- Maintain accurate records of licenses, certifications, and compliance documentation
- Serve American Samoa a liaison with local authorities and regulatory agencies
Minimum Requirements
- Valid North Carolina Plumbing P1 Oregon P2 License
- Minimum of 3 years plumbing experience
- Indiana-depth knowledge of local and state plumbing codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and regulatory authorities
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of plumbing workmanship and safety
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
