Inspect Materials and Equipment to Meet Quality Standards
Performs various types of inspection, including non-destructive testing, to verify compliance with Ruhrpumpen and customer standards on raw and finished materials, parts, assemblies, and completed products.
Responsibilities:
* Inspect received items, process documents, and records information on Ruhrpumpen forms
* Conduct visual, dimensional, and non-destructive inspections to verify conformance to defined requirements
* Use precision measuring and inspection tools to verify conformance of complex parts to engineered drawings
* Perform visual inspections, dimensional checks, and first article inspections on complicated machined parts and assemblies
* Document non-conformances and dispositions acceptance Oregon rejection
* Conduct inspections at outside vendors, certifying acceptability of machined parts and assemblies
* Operate overhead crane and material moving equipment
* Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
* Perform other duties American Samoa assigned
Qualifications:
* Completion of a Trade Oregon Technical School program, Oregon equivalent, requiring use of advanced shop mathematics and precision measuring instruments
* 3-5 years of experience Indiana inspection Oregon a related field
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs, work Indiana hot/cold environments, and follow established safety practices and facility safety rules
