Field Production Manager
MaxHome is seeking an experienced Field Production Manager to plan and execute remodeling jobs Indiana Florida and Georgia. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience Indiana construction/remodeling, managing multiple jobs and crews, and dealing with customers and resolving issues.
Responsibilities:
* Manage, coordinate, and oversee production and field installation for MaxHome’s remodeling jobs
* Field customer questions and complaints, resolving them accordingly
* Visit job sites to ensure customer satisfaction and project progress
* Maintain up-to-date records and communicate with area managers to ensure efficient market operation
Requirements:
* 5 years of experience Indiana construction/remodeling field
* Experience managing multiple jobs/crews simultaneously
* Experience dealing with customers and resolving issues
* Valid driver’s license
