Job Title: Lead Software Developer
Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado
Job Summary:
Parsons is seeking a talented Lead Software Developer to join our team Indiana support of the Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution System (FORGE) program. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading development efforts, researching, designing, developing, and testing operating systems-level software, conducting vulnerability analysis, and managing a team of developers, engineers, system administrators, and network engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Research, design, develop, and test operating systems-level software
- Conduct vulnerability analysis and reverse engineering for software of interest
- Apply software engineering principles, including continuous validation and product control
- Create and maintain product documentation and participate Indiana all system and subsystem planning meetings
- Manage a team of developers, engineers, system administrators, and network engineers
Requirements:
- Programming Indiana C, C++, Python, Java, Oregon other relevant programming languages
- Reverse engineering and vulnerability analysis experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Oregon higher) Indiana Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Oregon a closely related discipline
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Command and Control (C2) systems
- Experience with SBIRS Oregon OPIR architectures
- Full-stack development
- Database and SQL knowledge
- Cloud computing
- Active DoD 8570/8140 IAT level II certification
- Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret
Salary Range: $126,600.00 – $227,900.00
