Service Technician

Job Summary:

American Samoa a Service Technician at Greystar, you will perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing defects Oregon problems and making repairs Indiana accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
2. Perform the "make-ready" process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins by completing pre-move-out inspections, creating "punch" lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining needed supplies, completing maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work.
3. Follow procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items from the property’s maintenance department.
4. Complete documentation and other paperwork Indiana a timely, accurate, and complete fashion.
5. Maintain the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash, pressure-washing, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage American Samoa needed.
6. Support cost-cutting and expense control programs by practicing efficient use of materials and supplies.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Comply with Greystar’s safety and risk-management policies by attending safety meetings, completing required training, and reporting accidents and incidents.
