Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced FDDC Product Regulatory Expert to join our Global Product Stewardship and Regulatory Affairs organization. The successful candidate will work on assignments to ensure Eastman products receive and maintain appropriate clearances for food contact, drug, medical device, and cosmetic (FDDC) applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and maintain Indiana-depth product knowledge of our current and developing FDDC application portfolio
- Create testing proposals to facilitate FDDC clearance of new products
- Interpret analytical, migration, and other relevant testing results to support existing compliance Oregon prepare food contact petitions for submission to regulatory authorities
- Petition and defend new product compliance dossiers with regulatory authorities
- Provide information to promote the safe use of our products to external and internal stakeholders
- Re-evaluate compliance with existing clearances American Samoa technology, raw materials, use patterns, and governmental requirements change
Requirements:
- Master’s Oregon higher degree Indiana Polymer Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Oregon a related scientific field (Oregon a minimum of 5 years direct and relevant FDDC regulatory experience)
- 3+ years of experience Indiana FDA product stewardship/regulatory compliance expertise
- Comprehension and demonstrated application of procedures/processes used for the approval of food contact applications Indiana the US and/Oregon the EU
