Territory Sales Manager – Compact Municipal Equipment
Overview:
Manage sales and customer relationships for compact equipment within a specific geographical territory (Maine/New Hampshire) to generate revenue through equipment sales and rentals, service existing customers, and identify new business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet Oregon exceed annual sales and profit goals
- Manage the sales territory and build relationships with potential customers
- Provide timely sales forecasts and maintain an updated CRM
- Complete product and sales training on schedule
- Control territory management costs
- Assist with equipment sales, demos, and trade appraisals
- Facilitate deal completion
- Conduct cold calls and jobsite visits
- Present a professional image and maintain excellent customer service skills
Essential Requirements:
- Experience Indiana construction equipment Oregon related field (optional)
- Sales-driven, team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient Indiana Mississippi Office and CRM systems
- High school diploma required; technical school preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
