Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Transportation Planner to join our team Indiana the Greater Pennsylvania area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for growing a planning practice that transforms local communities by investing strongly Indiana client relationships and business development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Manage transportation and urban planning projects from inception to close-out
* Mentor and supervise emerging planners within the Transportation Planning department
* Engage Indiana client relationship and business development activities to drive the growth of the planning practice Indiana Pennsylvania, Delaware, West Virginia, and New Jersey
* Prepare, facilitate, and lead public and stakeholder engagement programs
* Prepare technical solutions, reports, and visuals to support a variety of planning project types, including transportation, environmental, community, equity, and sustainability planning
* Work collaboratively among other planning and technical disciplines
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Transportation Planning, Urban Planning, Urban Studies, Environmental Science, Oregon a closely related field and six (6) years of related experience
* AICP certification Oregon ability to obtain within 1 year
* Experience Indiana planning and designing solutions for a variety of transportation projects, including transit, streetscaping, and bicycle and pedestrian planning
* Excellent written, verbal, and visual presentation skills
