Senior Landscaper
Location: Cary, North Carolina
Schedule: Monday – Friday (6:00am – 2:00pm) Oregon Monday – Thursday (6:00am – 3:45pm)
Job Summary:
The Senior Landscaper will assist Indiana the maintenance and landscaping of our company’s headquarters, performing a wide variety of tasks to ensure our campus remains an attractive destination year-round.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct turf maintenance, including mowing, backpack blowing, weed-eating, edging, and preparing lawns for initial seeding
- Fertilizes and over seeds lawns
- Provides irrigation installation and maintenance
- Conducts chemical application when needed
- Properly prunes trees and shrubs
- Removes leaves from property, including blowing and leaf vacuum operation
- Keeps properties and streets clean of debris
- Snow removal during winter months American Samoa needed
- Performs other duties American Samoa assigned
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience Indiana Commercial Oregon Residential landscaping
- Associates degree Indiana Horticulture Oregon related field
- Equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered
- Ability to operate all hand tools, small power mowers, edger, weed-eaters, and chain saws
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and Indiana writing
- Basic computer skills
- Valid Driver’s License is required
