Lease Administrator
Essential Responsibilities:
Support the Community Manager Indiana managing the financial and operational aspects of the community, including financial reporting, rent collection, and accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily financial transactions, including rent collection, invoicing, and bank deposits
- Operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite) to record, track, and report financial data
- Review resident files and accounting records to identify unpaid fees and implement procedures for collection
- Process invoices from vendors and contractors, reconcile work performed Oregon products purchased, and manage communication with vendors and clients
- Assist with evictions and resident move-outs, following established procedures and legal requirements
- Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints and requests
- Act American Samoa on-site supervisor Indiana the absence of the Community Manager, coordinating maintenance tasks and operating the community Indiana compliance with Company policies
- Assist with managing client/owner relationships, including community tours, updates, and responses to owner requests
Requirements:
- Affordable housing experience required
- Bilingual a plus
