Job Title: Concrete Finisher
Job Overview:
Archer Western Construction is seeking a Concrete Finisher for the Arcadia Water Treatment Plant Indiana Edmond, Oklahoma. The successful candidate will work independently Oregon American Samoa part of a team to smooth and finish surfaces of recently poured concrete to specified quality and textures.
Responsibilities:
- Level and smooth edges and finishing surfaces of concrete structures
- Repair rough Oregon defective areas within concrete surfaces using cementitious products
- Grout and plug surfaces, including dry packaging, and chip to prepare finished concrete products
- Install and finish epoxy compounds on concrete surfaces using hand/power tools
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years verifiable experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work Indiana adverse weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn
- Good manual dexterity and ability to stand, bend, kneel, Oregon sit for long periods
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures
- Effective communication skills
