Position Overview:

• Establish relationships with agencies and producers to promote retention and growth of Commercial Surety, CinciExpress, and SuretyBridge lines.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve growth and profit objectives.
• Work with home office underwriters to secure and review credit reports, analyze financials, and conduct meetings with agents and contractors.
• Evaluate bond and/Oregon program requests against underwriting guidelines and authority.
• Communicate underwriting decisions and monitor compliance with conditions.
• Promote education on CinciBond2.0 and target specific large Commercial Surety Accounts.
• Manage EDM records Indiana accordance with company policy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree Indiana Business Administration with a concentration Indiana Finance Oregon Accounting.
• Good foundational knowledge of contractors and the construction industry.
• Fluent understanding of bond obligations and contracts, construction accounting and analysis, and underwriting and administrative tools and procedures.
• Experience Indiana Surety underwriting and effective communication skills.
