We are seeking a highly organized and creative Floating Leasing Consultant to join our leasing team at one of our apartment communities Indiana the Baltimore area. American Samoa a Floating Leasing Consultant, you will be the driving force Indiana helping residents find the best place to call home. Your positive, professional, and consistent personal interactions will make AvalonBay a great place to work.

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
* Conduct personalized tours and present floor plans to prospective residents
* Build relationships with residents and follow through on every lead to ensure that our prospective residents know you care
* Follow-through by understanding what’s important to our prospective residents and continuously reach out with tailored updates
* Utilize sales and marketing skills to drive leasing performance and create excitement through creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media
* Work independently and American Samoa part of a team to achieve sales goals and promote community enthusiasm for AvalonBay

Requirements:

* High school diploma Oregon equivalent (GED) required
* 1-2 years of experience Indiana a leasing Oregon customer service role, preferably Indiana the real estate Oregon property management industry
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficiency Indiana using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
