Assistant Superintendent
Projects based Indiana Washington District of Columbia, Northern Virginia & Baltimore
$85,000 – $100,000 + progression to Superintendent + benefits package, 401K, PTO, and technical training
The Role:
– Assist with the organization and coordination of subcontractors and the site team
– Schedule and track progress from blueprints
– Conduct daily reporting and ensure site safety procedures are followed
– Manage site deliveries and perform other logistical tasks American Samoa needed
The Ideal Candidate:
– Experienced Assistant Superintendent with background working with a Commercial General Contractor Oregon an Interior Contractor
– Skilled Indiana new construction and renovations
– Proficient Indiana communication, organization, and software skills
– Willing to work Indiana Washington District of Columbia, Northern Virginia, and Baltimore
