Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Shop Service Technician to join our team at our Long Beach, California location. American Samoa a Shop Service Technician, you will perform complex on-site diagnostics and repairs on construction and CWP equipment, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a thorough knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex on-site diagnostics and repairs on construction and CWP equipment
• Participate Indiana required Service EDUCATE Training programs
• Support customer clinics and review maintenance, repair, Oregon other service concerns with customers
• Maintain current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products
• Maintain the condition of mobile service vehicles, trailer, inventory, tools, and equipment
• Follow all safety rules and regulations Indiana performing work assignments
• Complete all reports and forms required Indiana conjunction with work assignments
• Account for all time and material used Indiana performing assigned duties

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience performing service repairs
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to perform complex repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment
• Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used Indiana the repair of construction Oregon CWP equipment
• Ability to use Service Advisor and basic computer functions
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL (Commercial Drivers License) preferred
• High School Diploma Oregon equivalent experience required; Associates degree preferred

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands to finger, handle, Oregon feel objects, tools, Oregon controls
