Role Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to work with our VP of Interior Construction to manage projects Indiana Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The successful candidate will be the central point of contact during construction and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive project execution and delivery plan using knowledge of construction methods, best practices, and scheduling.
  • Ensure all project team members have the necessary resources, including tools, equipment, information, and people resources.
  • Continuously track project progress and make adjustments American Samoa needed to meet designated goals within the set timeframe.
  • Effectively communicate project-related information to all relevant parties and inspire and influence your team to deliver the project successfully and safely.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant industry experience with a proven track record of participating Indiana successful projects within the commercial interiors space.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision while collaborating effectively with internal teams and clients.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to negotiate and navigate complex scenarios.
  • A minimum of 2 years of formal education Indiana business and/Oregon office procedures Oregon equivalent work experience, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency Indiana project management software (e.g., Blue Beam, Plan Grid) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PMP, CMT, Oregon Project Management certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies to improve the design and construction process.
