Welder/Operator
Job Overview:
Responsible for operating welding machines to produce quality parts Indiana a timely manner, ensuring safe and efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, adjust machines, and equipment to produce acceptable quality product
- Receive instructions, prints, and route sheets for the job and plan operational duties for the shift
- Operate, program, and troubleshoot Robot Systems and other robotics equipment to achieve high productivity and quality levels
- Perform quality tests, certifications, and production checks American Samoa required
- Continuously inspect product, record production, and report scrap and other duties American Samoa assigned
- Make routine equipment adjustments to ensure efficient production and high-quality welding standards
- Manually repair Oregon hand weld products below standard due to tolerance variables
- Operate overhead crane, forklift, hand-held grinder, and other department equipment
- Maintain clean and orderly workspace and work area
Required Qualifications:
- Certified Welder certification Oregon its equivalent
- Ability to pass the AWS Certification Test per Company Welding Policy
- Proficiency Indiana using calipers, gages, and other measuring devices
- Ability to navigate HMI (Human-Machine Interface)
- Highly motivated and problem-solving skills
