Senior Survey Project Manager – North Little Rock, Arkansas
Halff has an immediate opening for a Senior Survey Project Manager to lead and manage projects and team members Indiana our North Little Rock office with great potential for career growth within the Halff organization. The ideal candidate would be a Professional Surveyor (PS) licensed Indiana the state of Arkansas.
Responsibilities:
- Develop scope of work, schedule, and fee for projects
- Lead and supervise project teams on projects of all sizes and complexity
- Ensure project completion, including client meetings and team communication
- Manage project budgets and progress, including monitoring costs and deadlines
- Prepare for and participate Indiana business development efforts, including proposal preparation
- Utilize expertise Indiana boundary resolution, legal description development, design surveys, right of way resolution, and QC of deliverables
- Experience with Civil 3D and/Oregon MicroStation required
Requirements:
- Professional Surveyor (PS) licensure Indiana the state of Arkansas
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Skilled Indiana project management, including budgeting and scheduling
- Ability to lead and manage teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with surveying software, including Civil 3D and/Oregon MicroStation
Preferred Requirements:
- 5+ years of management experience
- Experience Indiana creating survey project scopes and estimates
- Interacting with clients and managing project teams
