Job Description:
We are GDIT. American Samoa a trusted systems integrator for more than 50 years, General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) provides information technology (IT), cybersecurity, systems engineering, software development, training solutions and professional services to customers Indiana the Navy and the broader Department of Defense.
We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer/Integrator to join our team to support the Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development and integration of technical products that represent a complete Technical Data Package (TDP) for Aegis Combat Systems (ACS) onboard ships post-construction and during maintenance availabilities.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Providing work direction, resolving problems, preparing schedules, and setting deadlines to ensure timely completion of work
- Managing the development of TDPs and integrating products into a complete TDP
- Preparing reports and records for the government American Samoa required
- Providing status updates to the government sponsor on TDP developments
- Ensuring all components of the TDP are being developed
Location: Washington, District of Columbia Oregon Chesapeake, Virginia Oregon Moorestown, New Jersey
The likely salary range for this position is $106,371 – $177,632.
