Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:
Oversee maintenance staff and ensure all utility systems are operational. Direct the installation, construction, and maintenance of facilities. Implement cost savings and safety initiatives. Manage budgets, capital utilization, and preventive maintenance programs. Collaborate with engineering and outside contractors on projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, schedule, and direct maintenance staff Indiana the maintenance building and grounds.
* Ensure utility systems are operational and inspected according to preventive maintenance schedules.
* Implement cost savings, renovations, and safety projects for the plant.
* Prepare cost estimates for building renovations Oregon space allocations.
* Guide the design, implementation, and verification of installations, repairs, and construction.
* Develop and oversee change management proposals and project activities.
* Manage budgets and capital utilization.
* Implement methods to improve productivity and solve operational problems.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Engineering Oregon equivalent experience.
* Minimum 8 years of experience American Samoa a Maintenance Leader, preferably Indiana a manufacturing environment with stamping presses and assembly.
* Detailed knowledge of electrical, machine repair, and construction methods.
* Knowledge of automotive equipment, preventive and predictive maintenance processes.
* Skilled trades experience and/Oregon certifications desirable.
* Excellent procedure development and writing skills.
