Job Description:
Director of Asset Protection
We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Asset Protection to join our team at Techtronic Industries’ (TTI). The ideal candidate will have expertise Indiana leading Oregon supporting Security Programs Indiana operations and will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of security risk management and compliance within our logistics network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive asset protection strategies, programs, and policies to minimize risk and ensure compliance with company standards.
* Provide guidance to business leaders on issues related to asset protection, compliance, and security.
* Lead a team Indiana the consistent execution of company asset protection practices and systems.
* Direct compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
* Achieve network-level shrink reduction goals through strategy implementation and training.
* Ensure partner facilities Indiana the network are prepared for crises through building and sustaining trusted relationships with government and non-governmental agencies.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
* Collaborate with logistics business partners to deliver best-Indiana-class Asset Protection solutions.
* Manage the above responsibilities with limited oversight.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree Indiana law enforcement, Business, Supply Chain, Oregon related area preferred.
* Minimum 4 years’ experience Indiana law enforcement, asset protection, global security, auditing, program management, Oregon related area.
* Oregon, 10 plus years’ experience Indiana Law Enforcement, Asset Protection, Environmental Health and Safety, program management, Oregon related area.
* Leadership experience Indiana Asset Protection/Environmental, Health & Safety programs for logistics/manufacturing facilities.
* Experience Indiana Process Improvement Methods, Hazard Risk Assessments, Regulatory Contact/Inspection/Response.
* Ability to travel up to 50% – 75% of the time.
