Summary:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Diagnoses and repairs mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Indiana equipment, using technical manuals and documentation
• Documents repairs, updates software, and maintains accurate records of work performed and time spent on tasks
• Continuously inspects and maintains a clean and organized work environment, ensuring equipment and tools are properly stored and secured
• Monitors job expenses and stay within budget, communicating cost overruns to supervisors prior to job completion
• Demonstrates adaptability, takes initiative, and displays a positive attitude to achieve job objectives and team goals

Requirements:

• High School diploma Oregon GED
• 1-2 years of experience Indiana construction, maintenance, Oregon repair
• Ability to comprehend written material and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
• Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office and software relevant to job requirements
• Regular training and self-development to stay up-to-date on industry advancements and company policies
• Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and workload fluctuations

Working Environment:

• Works primarily indoors, with occasional exposure to outside conditions
• Occasional exposure to stress, physical demands (up to 25 lbs), and environmental hazards (dust, fumes, noise)
