Reliance Fire Protection, Inc. is hiring a Designer to participate Indiana its new Designer Development Program. This program provides 10-year career path with virtual and Indiana-person mentoring, professional development, and training for the position.
Essential Responsibilities:
Assist Indiana designing and coordinating fire protection systems for various facilities
Use drawing and drafting skills to create finished representation of wet and dry sprinkler systems
Create drawing and drafting documents for construction purposes
Provide close coordination with project manager and lead designer throughout projects
Perform system and equipment selection, assemble system specifications and O&M Manuals
Communicate with field personnel to ensure information flow
Skills and Qualifications:
Good math skills and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand big picture issues
Good written and verbal communication skills
AutoCAD experience preferred
Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
Reliable, with ability to complete tasks within deadlines and communicate results back to the team.
